01 / A DIFFERENT KIND OF BEGINNING

A starting point should
never be a stopping point.

Give them the opportunity.
Give them the tools.
Give them the access.

Then let them show you
who they are.

The Grove Project is an emerging nonprofit in metro Atlanta, building an interconnected community of possibility.

Our mission is to create access to experiences, relationships, resources, and institutions that help young people discover what is possible for their lives, develop the confidence and skills to pursue it, and eventually create opportunities for those coming behind them.

We envision a future where opportunity isn’t determined by your starting point, your existing network, your academic record, or whether someone has already decided you have potential.

AccessGrowthCommunityLeadershipService
Our proposed core values, awaiting formal adoption.

NOT FOUR SEPARATE IDEAS. ONE LIVING ECOSYSTEM.

Good things
grow together.

A young person finds an opportunity. Builds confidence. Becomes someone who opens a door for the next person. That’s how The Grove grows.

Open the door.

Experiences, resources, relationships, and institutions become reachable. Potential gets a place to begin.

AND BACK TO ACCESS ↻

02 / OUR BRANCHES OF POSSIBILITY

The same promise.

From a first prom to a first day at the Capitol, every program begins with a simple belief: access can change a life.

The Prom Project

A milestone. A memory. A moment to belong.

Every student deserves to be part of the moment. We bring together formalwear, beauty services, transportation, photography, and community support to create complete prom experiences. Our inaugural year focuses on students in foster care.

03 / PLANTING THE FIRST SEEDS

Small beginnings.
Generations of possibility.

We’re in our formal establishment phase. Our first year is about creating strong foundations, launching meaningful programs, and building something that can grow beyond any one person.

FALL 2026

Put down roots.

Complete organizational filings, confirm founding board roles, establish governance, and prepare the foundation for our nonprofit and tax-exemption applications.

NOVEMBER — DECEMBER

Prepare for growth.

Develop budgets, banking and financial procedures, board policies, volunteer networks, and community partnerships. Complete applicable solicitation requirements before fundraising.

JANUARY 2027 & BEYOND

Open the doors.

Begin prom student selection, advance school and legislative partnerships, implement internship pathways, and develop clothing collection and distribution.

2027 figures describe our goals, not completed impact. Incorporation and 501(c)(3) recognition are in progress, not represented as complete.

04 / PEOPLE MAKE THE GROVE

Rooted in a
shared responsibility.

Different experiences. Different strengths. A shared belief in what we can make possible together.

A community in the making.

We’re developing relationships with Georgia legislative offices, metro Atlanta schools, educational institutions, businesses, and community leaders.

Exploratory conversations include Atlanta CASA around The Prom Project and Atlanta Public Schools board leadership around civic learning. These are developing relationships, not confirmed sponsorships or endorsements.

POSSIBILITY NEEDS PEOPLE

Your next move.
Someone’s new beginning.

There’s more than one way to grow The Grove. Choose what feels like you.

THE QUESTION THAT KEEPS US GROWING

“What if the greatest thing we ever grow isn’t something we build, but something we make possible for someone else?”

05 / THERE’S ROOM FOR YOU HERE

Be part of
what grows next.

Bring your time, your experience, your resources, or simply your belief in what’s possible. A meaningful connection can be the beginning of something much bigger.
